That is the level of specificity that lets you scope works accurately and defend the scope if it is later challenged.
Our block policy includes trace and access. What does that extension actually fund?
Conventionally it funds the cost of getting at an escape of water and making good afterwards, not the plumbing repair and not the investigation of anything that is not an escape of water. Exporting that history before the visit means the survey starts with a quantified problem and a shortlist of systems rather than with an open question.
